Practicing the Presence--the No pain and All Gain method of Healing our Spirits Do you want to know the simplest way home to God? To wholeness, to healing, to fun, to play, to ecstasy, to love? The no pain and all gain, no stress, no worry, no pushing but just a relaxing, allowing, being carried, lifted, becoming lighter, simpler, more filled with the energy of ease method for complete out of this world ecstatic orgasms of exploding Love inside your body and very being? Do we really want to know? Are we really ready? It's too simple for our minds to believe, "it has to be more complicated" the mind says. But truth is that if you practice this method of being in the Presence of God your life will completely change for the better very quickly. If you do this, in 6 months you will be a brand new being. Your life will simplify, become more and more effortless, you'll be able to attract more of what you want into your life. And for us spiritual types who feel like we've been on the journey for a long time...this helps bring us back to basics. "The life of the Spirit is always at the beginning." One of the simplest ways to heal our spirits, our hearts, our minds, our bodies and the planet is...to simply call on the Presence of God everywhere at all times. You bringing in the Presence of God into the earth plane more fully is the most powerful thing you can do for healing- yourself, others, animals, the government, the wars, the diseases, the overpopulation, corruption, ignorance, fear, murder, poverty, the planet, all of Creation.. Action centered in the Presence is the only real action. All other activity is temporary and in the world of duality, karmic, doomed to birth and death. So wherever you are-on the bus, at work, in line at the bank, fixing dinner, making love, in nature, walking, exercising, having lunch, on the phone with clients, wherever you are in the moment- simply call on God to be with you. If you don't resonate with the word God use a word like Love, Awareness, Consciousness, Presence. Here are some phrases you could say internally or out loud if appropriate: God Be with Me, God is Here and Now, I Am a Piece of God, I Am the Presence of God, I Am a Christ of God. The last one is hard for some people to say. But remember, we are all Christs of God (though as potential seeds). Christ is the Crux, the cross-roads, the crisis, the crossing of God or Beingness into this dimension. And we are all a gateway, a "cross-ing" of the Divine into this dimension. It's your divine birthright, it's who you are in your essence. Let it help you. Receive the gift of the Present now. As you start calling on the Presence of God, do it when you can remember. It's ok that you forget, simply remind yourself "oh that's right, I can call on the Presence of God at anytime." As you do it more and more you will remember more and more and eventually you will be walking permanently in the Presence everywhere you go. You will be transforming yourself automatically moment by moment. It will be automatic, effortless. It will sneak up on you, imperceptibly at first and then one day you will realize that you are "a brand new creature". There is no work involved with this method, no effort, no difficult concentration techniques, no complicated breathwork to master, no visualizations that you're not sure you're doing correctly...but simply calling on the Presence of God. I am a Child of God, I am a Piece of God. The Lords of Language are real Angelic beings who have left hints in the language itself to help us on our way back to waking up. Source, God, has pre-sent the present as a present for you. God has sent out ahead of you into every atom of creation His Presence. It is there waiting for you as you arrive. You cannot go or be anywhere that God's Presence is not. The Presence is in you, is you, so wherever you go there Presence is. It is a gift, a present, that is your advance team of personal assistants that are there waiting for you in every Present moment. But if we're not present in the moment we miss the gift, we miss the present. It's time to open this gift, this present from the one Presence of the Present that is just for you. It was given to you on your original birthday. You forgot about it. It has been kept for you all this time. And now your heavenly Father and Mother can't wait for you to open it so they can see the joy on your face and share their Love with you. They want to kiss you from the inside, fill you with their love, give all they have to you. Keep it child's play, light your birthday candles, open your Present and keep it simple...God is Here and Now...Forever and Ever... AUM. Innocent boy, Butterfly landing on him, Delight...no fight...easy...play This is where I want... to stay. "Do we have to cut the grass," he asks. "Can we leave some over here for me to play in?" "You know I was just thinking that I'd like to live outside the city where there are no rules about cutting your grass. I want to sit in my meadow, just me and my horses. I want to let the grass do whatever it wants, let the wind, the rain, the sun create whatever they wish." This is what I tell him. He sort of listens to me. He tells me that he is 'playing Lord of the Rings' as he jumps around swinging his bamboo stick. He's nine years old, but feels like a fairy elf, still innocent. His wide apart blue-grey eyes and soft curly hair, light body...he is not really of this earth I think. As I mow the lawn he flits about back and forth around me, in front, in back, side to side, disappears inside his shirt, floats up in the tree, up on top of the rocks. Later when I'm done we sit and talk. He tells me he was born in a hot tub. I ask him how far back he can remember and he says he remembers faces when he was just a few months old. He starts talking about aliens and I ask him why he thinks they are here. He looks at me and pretends he doesn't know. I'm not safe enough yet to tell stuff to. I try again later. He says he and his mom talk to the spirits and he starts to tell me...and then he says "I can't talk about that"...and looks at me mischievously... He lives in a nearby town but visits his dad next door to us on the weekends. I ask him if he has any friends here. He says, "No, (he pauses for a moment and then...) but now I have you." and he smiles. Cedar feels like my friend too. Then his dad calls him...and he flits off. --------------------------------------------------- Role Models? Compare what these Men say with the current leaders of our Nations?
