Both Sides Now & The Last Place we Look Take a moment, get quiet and feel, sense, expand your awareness and-- See, feel, sense both these polarities of yourself as energy in this creation-- You are both of the sides of the created universe: the male & the female the last three chakras & the first three the upper & lower halves of your body the intellectual & the emotional Father Spirit & Mother Earth lightning & clay blue sky with white clouds & green lush earth teeming with life speed of light excited, visionary thoughts & the slow, nurturing frequency of vibrating magnetic space red, orange, yellow & blue, indigo, purple Each soul is both sides of this polarity in its essence. Both Sides Now Feel yourself as both of these sides of creation, for you are both, you couldn't survive without both sides. A coin does not exist without two sides, there is no light without dark. There is no creation without male and female. This created universe cannot exist without the two polarities. We cannot exist without the two polarities. And we cannot exist harmoniously without the two polarities being harmonious. There is no option to quit, to opt out of the game--at least not in this particular created universe, and until we finish this creation there will be no other to move onto. Those who are hoping for magic cures through material technology or spiritual technology, are doomed to repeat this until the emotional body is accepted back in as a co-creator and sustainer of this universe. Healing the Split The way to heal this split, this schism, this gap between the two polarities, the "as above, so below", is through co-operation, literally operating the creation together. Not the intellectual-mind-spirit controlling/dictating to the emotional-feeling-intuitive. Not the intuitive dominating/bewitching the intellectual. But the "Round Table" of co-operation with heart-love as the mediator/facilitator. No model of creation will be peaceful if one side, one polarity, dominates and dictates to the other. Roman culture's blue/white control over the "barbarians" was not loving, but neither was Attila the Hun's red/orange energy. It's futile, it's over, we've tried it. We've had over 15,000 wars in recorded history on earth. The dominator model never has nor will ever work. It slowly drains us of our energy into lower and slower states of awareness. Which is exactly what has happened on earth. This civilization overall has the lowest levels of spiritual conciousness that has existed on earth, despite what we try to tell ourselves. The Land of Pan, Lemuria, Atlantis, Pyramid cultures in Egypt and South America, Greece, Avalon/Celts, Rome, and then Current Day, is the short history, each civilization losing energy and fragmenting conciousness. Each civilization making the mistake of not balancing the Male with the Female, the Father God with the Goddess, the emotional with the intellectual, the first three chakras with the last three chakras. It's been a long painful road of learning through experience. Are we ready to turn around? There is an opportunity for getting off the wheel of being torn back and forth between the battling polarities. It involves healing the polarities within us, merging the seemingly opposite parts of our selves. As often happens, our true healing is in... The Last Place We Look... ...and it is Healing and Evolving our emotional bodies. Accepting our emotions exactly where they are currently and then evolving them through love and acceptance. We've tried many techniques to become fulfilled, happy, satisfied, at peace. And at some point we will arrive at the door of needing to heal the original splits between the emotional and spiritual body within ourselves. The spirit has been for the most part the dominator over the emotional body on earth. This has caused massive pain and damage in the emotional body that won't go away until each soul heals their own emotional parts. With the Green healing energy of the Heart (Love, Christ) we need to have the spiritual/intellectual/mind make up with the emotional/intuitive/feeling body. The two sides need to make peaceful, cooperative, loving, enjoyable, bonds with each other for there to be a "new heaven, new earth", new sustainable loving model for life on earth. Many of us are simply too wounded to try anymore. Some live off others energies by controlling or being in charge of other souls. Many are trying to self-medicate the pain from this schizoid existence with drugs, legal or illegal. Many of us are simply in survival mode. Many are "hunkering down" behind money, behind "security", behind denial, in gated communities. Some of the more "successful" of us have given up on the idea that true peace is possible and lead "active lifestyles" by creating new "passions" or goals to continually keep us occupied. (occupied-as in taken over, conquered) "No occupation, all men idle, all; And women, too, but innocent and pure." --Shakespeare Idle is apparently "innocent and pure" according to Shakespeare. And being "still", no "occupation", "at rest", also preferable. Quite different than the workaholic ethic around the world today. Maybe we subconciously know that if we stop running the whole house of cards would fall apart. How wonderful that would be! How do we Evolve the Emotional Body, and Heal the Gap between the Emotional And Spiritual? One approch is through "Truth Telling", telling our Truth of the Moment. 1. Tell ourselves the truth about HOW WE REALLY FEEL and let ourselves feel it. 2. Let the EMOTIONS MOVE exactly from where they are. 3. Mix with INTENTION FOR HEALING. 5. Then when freed, emotions will most often NATURALLY BALANCE themselves, seek their appropriate level 6. Grace, DIVINE HELP, Love transforms any stuck energies back to their original state. 7. Hang in there and REPEAT as often as necessary. E-MOTION = Energy in Motion. When we block the emotions, like we are programmed to in our model of civilization today, we get backed up, clogged up, uptight, we're not able to function as "little children" and let the Impulse of Life flow through us. This is the basic problem everywhere on earth today. We don't know how to move our emotions. And by now we've become so backed up that we are afraid of opening "Pandora's Box". Which we should be, there's so much we've held back and because most people who "let it rip" and open their emotions wide open seem to end up in jail or hurting themselves or others. So we need wisdom and divine guidance with what parts of our selves are ready to heal and when. We go slow and sure this time. We don't pretend we are healed, we don't try to hope heaven into being, but we do it for real, "from the ground up", and get the emotional body vibrating naturally again and thereby being able to ground our spirit in a balanced way on earth. You will not "Look Good" In this process of healing long avoided feelings, you will not look good (at first). Once the feelings are healed you will gain understanding, beauty, strength, more alive energy, yes even younger looking skin. But at first you will at times look and feel haggard, heavy, ugly, hateful, depressed, unhappy, stupid, slow, dead, and whatever else you've judged in yourself and others. If you want to look good more than you want healing it won't work. Our world is full of "looking good" at the expense of the emotional body. It is almost the basic modus operandi for our society. So this is a deep program in most of us. Children and animals don't have it (as much) but just about every adult does. We have a specialized branch of Public Relations called "Image Consultants"! Does this mean you have to appear "ugly" and feel bad from now on because you are on the path to healing your self? Of course not, you will actually regain your natural beauty, aliveness, energy, and joy of living that all those TV commercials are dangling like a carrot to motivate you. But you will have it for real because your Soul will be healing. You won't have to "make it up" you won't have to put on a "presentation face", you will glow from inside and a natural light of Love will fill you. But at first, at times, you will have to be willing to feel "ugly", angry, hateful, vengeful, jealous, depressed, weak, be a "loser" ...etc. all the "bad" things in creation, in order to allow the healing. How can you heal a cancer without actually looking at it and touching it? Cancer by the way is a "soul sore", where the emotional body is crying out for help. We will also learn how to let back in our "Glory". The "Glory" was the nimbus of energy around spiritually energized persons, the "halo" depicted in paintings around saints and Christ. This is real, it's physical. When you start healing your body, heart, soul, you will be able to ground, to hold onto, to man-i-fest (to make fast in Man), to be filled with more energy. This is physical law, when we empty ourselves of held back, backed up emotions, grace, god energy will automatically rush in and fill the space. Like at the beach when you dig in the sand the water rushes in to fill the hole. It's automatic. No "hard work" required on your part. With this idea of speaking and feeling our truth, moving our accompanying emotions, and then letting in Grace, our "halos"- clouds of spiritual energy, I would like to start Awakening Souls. Will we "tilt", will it get funky, will it get scary at times? of course... will it feel like it's not working, will it feel like it's "dangerous", will we doubt it, will our minds tell us that this is "wrong", "counterproductive", "only taking us down", Yes of course...that's part of the process. Will the proof be in the pudding? Yes, we will have concrete, practical miracles and breakthroughs that will show us we are progressing in healing ourselves back to our real Selves. It's the only thing I'm really interested in. I would like to find others that want this also. For themselves, for their own enjoyment, for their own fun. Let's try it. A new experiment.
